KAWASAKI INTRODUCES 2006 MOTORCYCLES AND ATVs
Kawasaki has taken the wraps off its KX™ competition and off-road motorcycle lines, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and select street bikes for 2006.
Among the many exciting models unveiled is the highly anticipated KX450F, Kawasaki’s new flagship motocross bike. Built with performance, durability and reliability in mind, the KX450F features a slim and lightweight aluminum frame, and a liquid-cooled four-stroke engine with the best peak performance in its class.
Also unveiled is the four-stroke KX250F motocrosser, which features an all-new aluminum frame and suspension, new styling, and a revised powerplant that provides more usable torque and an extended powerband that will keep it ahead of the competition.

In the ATV category, Kawasaki’s awe-inspiring Brute Force™ 750 4x4i sport utility ATV is now available in stunning Galaxy Silver and an all-new REALTREE® Hardwoods Snow® camouflage. On the sporty side, the popular KFX®700 is now available in Galaxy Silver and Meteor Blue in addition to Kawasaki Lime Green.
Other off-road models released by Kawasaki for 2006 include the highly successful KDX™ and KLX™ off-road motorcycle lines, and Prairie® ATV line. In the street bike category, the comfortable and high-performing ZZR®600 comes in Galaxy Silver, while the Ninja® 500R, Vulcan® 750 and Vulcan 800 Drifter® are available in two-tone colors. And for dual-purpose riders, the ultra-capable KLR650 comes in Kawasaki Lime Green and Aztec Red
